Dispense wine from a barrel using the SmartBarrel wine storage system
The Smart Tap dispenses wine from a SmartBarrel using a pump attached to the front of the Barrel. Take samples any time with the press of a button. The Smart Tap makes sure that not air enters the system and there is no chance of contaminating the wine. Sampling using a traditional wine thief introduces air and can cause cross-contamination. The SmartBarrel does not use a wine thief, you can use a Smart Tap instead.
Since the SmartBarrel liner has no headspace, partial volumes can be stored for up to 24 months.
